On May 20 at 11:00 AM, Piers Roberts will lead a talk titled “Neurodiversity in the Workplace – What It Is, Why It Matters, and How It’s Shaping Industries.”

A neurodiversity advocate, entrepreneur, and long-time producer of design and architecture festivals, Piers was diagnosed with autism at the age of 50—an experience that now shapes his perspective on inclusion and workplace design.

He’ll share practical strategies for creating environments that support neurodivergent individuals and explore why designing with cognitive diversity in mind can lead to better spaces for everyone and why small changes make a big difference. If you’re curious to learn more, book your seat here.

For the next day at 11:00 AM, we’ve invited a remarkable group of industry experts to discuss the future of office design. In a session titled “Designing Tomorrow’s Offices: Flexibility, Sustainability, and Collaboration,” they’ll explore how adaptable workspaces can drive meaningful change in workplace strategy, boosting well-being and productivity.
