Brevo is one of Europe’s leading IT companies, specializing in innovative CRM and marketing automation solutions. As an international brand, Brevo envisioned its Paris headquarters as a dynamic hub that supports both local and international operations. The team required video conference rooms optimized for calls and hybrid meetings to stay in touch with their global team and clients. The space was designed in collaboration with Les Batisseurs. Their thoughtful approach helped shape a vibrant, future-ready environment, encouraging deep focus and seamless collaboration.
As Brevo’s office is located in an old townhouse, bringing the project to life required smart architectural solutions. Made of lightweight aluminium, Mute Modular units and Jetson pods proved to be the perfect fit. The first challenge was to complete the renovation without using drywall construction, so as not to interfere with the building’s structure.
The office was designed to optimize the user experience, offering functional spaces for 400 employees. 10 tailor-made units of, Mute Modular units, and 36 of the Jetson line were spread across four floors of a 3000 m² space. By strategically selecting rooms in various sizes and layouts, the company created tailored zones for both creative collaboration, private calls, and solo work.
As the team’s needs evolved, after 8 months, Brevo decided to add 16 more Jetson pods to the workspace, ensuring there’s always a free pod available to chat, think, or dive into hands-on work.
As an environmentally conscious brand, Brevo prioritizes earth-friendly solutions in its workspace design to control its carbon footprint. Crafted from sustainable materials and built for long-term use, Mute products perfectly align with the company’s values. Their adaptable nature allows the team to easily expand or reconfigure the layout without generating unnecessary waste or CO₂ emissions.
