2025 was a year of progress – from opening Europe’s first fully adaptable office to expanding our factory space and launching a revolutionary pod collection. Explore the highlights and milestones that defined our journey this year.
Relocation to our new, award-winning HQ
In 2025, we moved into our new headquarters in Warsaw. This relocation is more than just a change of address; it was our opportunity to showcase office adaptability in action and create a living example of what modular solutions can achieve.
Built entirely with Mute Modular, without the use of traditional plasterboard or glass partitions, and assembled in just two weeks, the space is not only our new home but also, to the best of our knowledge, the first truly adaptable office. Thanks to reusable modules that can be rearranged whenever needed, each reconfiguration of our HQ would generate up to 90% less waste and reduce costs by around half compared to a traditional fit-out, making it far more sustainable.
This year, our office gained recognition for its design. We were finalists in the Deezen Awards, FX Awards, and Mix Awards North, and won a Bronze IDA Design Award.
Above all, we’re glad that our team genuinely enjoys the new office and has already settled in so well.
We’re thankful and ready to keep pushing our ideas forward. This is just the beginning!

Launch of Modular Pods: redefining office pod potential
This year, we also celebrated a milestone with the launch of Modular Pods – the largest and first truly adaptable office pod family on the market. What started as a bold vision has evolved into a product that redefines the possibilities of modern office pods.
We were proud to introduce a solution that offers the world’s widest pod selection, precise fits for any workspace, a fully customizable wall layout, and interiors that can be rearranged like a regular room. The collection also features market-first accessibility features designed to make every user feel welcome.
The industry took notice as well. One of our pods earned the prestigious Archiproducts Design Award. Yet the recognition ultimately celebrated the vision behind the entire collection – a range that set a new benchmark for pod adaptability.
For our team, seeing the project recognized at such a level was incredibly rewarding.

A new chapter for our factory
Behind the scenes, we’ve been growing fast. This year, we expanded our factory space by an additional 5,500 m², bringing the total area to more than 11,000 m².
The new section now houses an automated assembly line and our largest investment of the year: a powder-coating facility covering 712 m². This upgrade gives us greater control over the final look of our products, allowing us to monitor every step of the manufacturing process with greater precision.
Doubled production space means more room for innovation and faster delivery, even with multiple orders.

Adaptable design on tour: a year of events and industry fairs
Over the last 12 months, we took part in 10 trade shows across 3 continents, travelling a total of 51,520 kilometres (the equivalent of one full lap around the Earth). Along the way, we returned to iconic events such as Clerkenwell Design Week, or debuted at Architect@Work in Barcelona.
Beyond showcasing our products, these moments were also about meaningful conversations on adaptable design and building new relationships across the industry.
In 2025, our showrooms in London, Warsaw, and Düsseldorf also became vibrant event venues, where we teamed up with inspiring industry experts to explore new perspectives on adaptable architecture. We also welcomed journalists from across the region for a press breakfast in our factory, creating a fantastic opportunity to share our mission with the local community.

Empowering teams worldwide through innovative solutions
Our products continue to reach new corners of the world. In 2025, we shipped to 34 countries – including the United Arab Emirates, Croatia, and Lithuania for the very first time.
The scale is larger than ever. Combined, all Modular rooms and pods installed in 2025 cover 8,000 m² – about the size of two football pitches.
We’re proud to see our products supporting teams at the world’s most recognizable companies, from tech giants to iconic fashion brands. In 2025, we had a chance to work with brands such as Skyscanner, H&M, WD-40, and Shiseido.
These collaborations also brought new case studies to our Projects section, demonstrating how our products improve day-to-day work. If you’re curious to explore these real-world applications, take a look here – with more examples coming soon.
