Brevo, a leading European IT company specializing in innovative CRM and marketing automation solutions, wanted its Paris headquarters to be a dynamic hub that supports both local and international operations. To keep in touch with their global team and clients, the company needed video conference rooms optimized for calls and hybrid meetings.

Designed in collaboration with Les Batisseurs, the new office is a vibrant, future-ready environment that encourages deep focus and seamless collaboration.

Since Brevo's office is located in an old townhouse, the project required smart architectural solutions. The lightweight aluminum of the Mute Modular units and Jetson pods proved to be the perfect fit. The first challenge was to complete the renovation without using drywall construction, as not to interfere with the building’s structure.

The office was designed to optimize the user experience, offering functional spaces for 400 employees. Ten tailor-made units of the adaptable room-in-room system, Mute Modular units, and thirty-six smart office pods from the Jetson line were spread across four floors of a 3000 m² space. By strategically selecting rooms in various sizes and layouts, the company created tailored zones for creative collaboration, private calls, and solo work.

As the team’s needs evolved, after eight months, Brevo decided to add sixteen more Jetson pods to the workspace, ensuring there's always a free pod available for chatting, thinking, or doing hands-on work.

As an environmentally conscious brand, Brevo prioritizes eco-friendly solutions to control its carbon footprint. Crafted from sustainable materials and built for long-term use, Mute products align perfectly with the company’s values. Their adaptable nature allows the team to easily expand or reconfigure the layout without generating unnecessary waste or CO₂ emissions.
