Creating a more connected workspace
Lorenz is one of Europe's leading snack manufacturers. When relocating its headquarters to Offenbach, the company set out to create a workplace that encourages closer collaboration across departments and reflects its brand identity through bold colors and a distinctive visual concept.
Reflecting identity through design
Finished in Pink, Yellow, Petrol, Ink Blue, and Sage Green, Modular Pods reflect the color-coded workplace concept developed for the new HQ. Each department has its own visual identity, with colors extending throughout the workspace and into the modular rooms. For example, the Sales and Marketing area is characterized by a stronger presence of pink and yellow. Together, these elements create a more structured and cohesive workplace.
Modular Pods configured around the workplace vision
Modular Pods play a central role in the new office layout, supporting a more dynamic way of working. “Whether it’s jumping into a quick video call, stepping away for focused individual work, or gathering with two or three colleagues for a spontaneous chat, there is always a dedicated pod with the right interior setup and equipment—like integrated whiteboards or monitor mounts—to support us”, adds Katja Begrich, Project Lead for the Office Move at Lorenz.
Thanks to their modular design, pods can be easily reconfigured, ensuring the workplace can adapt to changing team and project needs over time. This flexibility allows the office to continuously evolve alongside the company.
